Eating of vegetables is good for health, but eating too in not. Because plant cells are surrounded by a hard covering called cellulose which is not digestible in our system. If we chew the greenies well then the cell may crush and release the necessary nutrients. If not our small intestine want to make a more effort to digest before going into the large intestine. These movements are good for better functioning of intestine but eating too much of cellulose will inflame the cells lining interior of intestine causing enteritis.
